1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Blue Digital Technologies, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Blue Digital Technologies provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Mobile Application Development, and Graphic Design. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for service delivery
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Provide necessary access to websites, accounts, and other resources as needed
• Review and approve deliverables within the specified timeframe

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. General payment policies include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any proprietary tools, templates, or third-party resources used in the creation process. Blue Digital Technologies reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, technical specifications, and other sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Digital Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modifications

Blue Digital Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
