Due to the nature of SEO services, which require significant time and resources to implement:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund of any advance payment if cancellation is requested before work commences
  • Within First 15 Days: 70% refund of the paid amount, excluding any third-party costs incurred
  • After 15 Days: No refund is applicable as significant work would have been completed
  • Monthly Packages: Services for the current month are non-refundable once the month has started

Website Development Refund Policy

For website development projects:

  • Before Design Phase: 80% refund of advance payment
  • During Design Phase: 50% refund if cancelled before development begins
  • During Development: Refund calculated based on work completed, minus completed milestones
  • After Launch: No refund applicable

Mobile App Development Refund Policy

For mobile application projects:

  • Before Development: 75% refund of advance payment
  • During Development: Refund based on remaining work, assessed by our project manager
  • After App Submission: No refund applicable

Social Media Marketing Refund Policy

  • Before Campaign Starts: Full refund minus any ad spend already committed
  • Active Campaigns: Prorated refund for unused portion of the service period
  • Ad Spend: Any money spent on advertising platforms is non-refundable

Graphic Design Refund Policy

  • Before Work Starts: Full refund
  • After Initial Concepts: 50% refund
  • After Final Delivery: No refund applicable

  2. Include your invoice number and payment details
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party software licenses or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
  • Domain registration and hosting fees
  • Advertising spend on platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.
  • Premium themes, plugins, or templates
  • Rush delivery or expedited service fees
